Orders within the GCC typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch. For international orders, please allow up to 3 business days, depending on the destination.
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that busy periods may cause slight delays. We are not liable for any delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs issues.

Customs & Duties

We ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) for Bahrain shipments. For all international orders outside the bahrain, we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This requires customers to cover any customs fees imposed by the local authorities, which are non-refundable payments. Taxes and duties cannot be refunded if you decide to return your item.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  
• Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective

Cleaning:

• Always clean your sunglasses with the microfiber cloth to avoid scratches.
• For deeper cleaning, gently wash the frame and lenses with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or acetone.
• Dry with a soft cloth—never use paper towels or clothing, as they may scratch the lenses.
  

Storage:

• Store your sunglasses in their protective case when not in use to prevent damage or warping.
• Avoid leaving them in hot places, like the dashboard of a car, as excessive heat can deform acetate.
  

What to avoid:

• Don’t expose your sunglasses to alcohol-based products like hairspray or perfume.
• Never bend the temples excessively or attempt to adjust the frame without professional help.

Pro tip:

Acetate is a natural, plant-based material. Over time, it may slightly adapt to the shape of your face, offering a personalized fit. If needed, visit an optician for minor adjustments.

If you already have a well-fitting pair of glasses, you can compare the three measurements printed on the inside of the left temple with those listed in the table below.

These measurements (e.g., 46-23-145) represent:

- Lens Width (mm): The horizontal dimension of a single lens.
- Bridge Distance (mm): The space between the two lenses.
- Temple Length (mm): The full length of one temple, from the front of the frame to the tip.
