
Shipping Info
Orders are processed and shipped from Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed before 12pm GMT+3 will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 12pm GMT+3 will be shipped on the next day.
Please note, the orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be processed the next Sunday.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Customs Duties
Taxes and customs duties are not included at checkout. Customs duties vary from country to country and we are not able to predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For this reason, any additional customs clearance costs should be borne by the buyer.For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite you to contact your local customs office as these costs may vary.

Returns & Refunds
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including accessories and documentation).
- Custom or personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@sunsuns.me with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
